Lumicre's Story

History to present

Lumicre’s story begins more than 25 years ago when our corporate management team managed large real estate assets for the United States Government and its asset managers. In 1998, we decided to branch out on our own and initially focused exclusively on commercial real estate and middle-market private dispositions. After a decade in business, Lumicre switched its business model in 2011 to include institutional and federal government asset services. Through it all, we have maintained a common belief that our clients deserve our absolute best effort. For more than 25 years, we have worked to provide high-quality advisory services with the utmost efficiency to some of the largest family offices, corporation, and institution in the world.
Our team has successfully developed relationships with institutions, family office principles, elected policymakers at the federal level, market leaders, professional investors, and organizations all over the world. We work hard to provide exceptional services to investors. Therefore, our experience and knowledgeable team is second to none, working tirelessly to find the best solutions for our clients.
