History to present
Lumicre’s story begins more than 20 years ago, when our corporate management team managed large military bases for the Department of Defense. Eventually, we decided to branch out on our own and initially focused exclusively on commercial office and medical office buildings. After a decade in business, Lumicre switched its business model in 2011 to include Texas institutional facilities, including federal government properties. Through it all, we have maintained a common belief that our clients deserve our absolute best effort. For more than 20 years, we have worked to provide high-quality commercial real estate services with the utmost efficiency.
