Responsibilities:
- Market research and following industry trends
- Advising clients on strategies for acquisitions and dispositions of commercial assets
- Negotiating agreements between sellers and buyers
- Participating in corporate training programs and one-on-one workshops
- Marketing property listings and matching qualified buyers
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate Experience in Agency or Tenant Rep Mandatory
- Must show proof of a minimum of 10 commercial lease/sale transactions in the past five years
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Strong Computer Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
