DAYS 30-60
We’ll execute the Property Marketing Program and gauge initial interest levels in the market.
We’ll let potential buyers know the property is available, and they can begin making offers in a couple of weeks.
Then, we’ll capture that lead data and research to find similarly-situated qualified buyers.
We’ll also update the listings of your property on all the major listing sites, such as Loopnet and CoStar, as well as some of the private sites only industry experts know about.
We’ll build your potential buyer pipeline as large as possible.
DAYS 60-90
Based on market interest levels, we’ll issue a Request for Offers.
We’ll give potential buyers 30 days to submit offers on your property, much like an auction process.
This period will likely be a time of high activity – tours, calls, document requests – and it will be imperative the property looks its best!
DAYS 90-120
Then, we’ll analyze and call for best-and-final offers.
Whether you get one or twenty offers, we’re going to issue a call for best-and-final offers to interested parties.
Parties will typically have 7-15 days to respond.
We’ll conduct basic due diligence on buyers to gauge their qualifications..
We may conduct multiple rounds of offers, prior to entering into negotiations – all, based on market conditions and timing.
CONTRACT PERIOD
This is a period of heavy due diligence and legal work.
We’ll work with your title company, legal team & tax advisers to get you to closing.
